Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the conditions and procedures for using the website (goldenturtle.co.kr, hereinafter "Service") operated by Golden Turtle Company Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company").

Article 2 – Definitions

• ① Service: Refers to the goldenturtle.co.kr website and all related online services operated by the Company.
• ② User: Refers to anyone who accesses and uses the Service.
• ③ Content: Refers to all information including text, images, videos, and files provided within the Service.

Article 3 – Effect and Amendment of Terms

① These Terms take effect by being posted on the Service screen or notified to users by other means.

② The Company may amend these Terms within the scope not violating related laws when reasonable cause arises, and the amended Terms take effect by being posted in the notice section.

Article 4 – Provision and Changes of Service

• Partnership and business inquiry submission
• AI chatbot consultation service
• Announcements and bulletin board
• All other services provided through the Company's additional development or partnerships

Article 5 – Use of Service

① The Service operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle, unless there are special operational or technical obstacles.

② The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or other reasonable reasons, and will notify users in advance in such cases.

Article 6 – User Obligations

Users must not engage in the following activities.

• Registering false information when applying for or changing services
• Infringing on the copyrights, intellectual property rights, or other rights of the Company or third parties

Article 9 – Dispute Resolution

Litigation regarding disputes arising from use of the Service shall be under the jurisdiction of Korean courts. The jurisdiction for lawsuits between the Company and users shall follow the jurisdiction provisions of the Civil Procedure Act.
